Each year St. Johns Sr. High Youth group participates in service projects and a large mission trip.  No matter if they are repairing houses, mowing lawns, leading Vacation Bible school or feeding the homeless, service is a huge part of youth ministry.  Here is a little bit about this years trip…

Youth Mission Trip 2017 – Midland, Michigan, July 22-30.

As part of this mission trip, the youth group spent the majority of their day doing community service for the poverty-stricken and elderly in the Midland area. This was an opportunity for the youth to serve God and others as well as be a witness to non-believers through their words and actions.   Thank you again for all of your support as we get ready to serve our Savior!

Fundraisers

Through out the year, the youth group hosts fundraisers to help provide the funds needed to travel and serve others through mission trips, National Youth gatherings and other service projects. Without the help of the church congregation, donations from individuals and from the community, these events would not be possible.   Check here for a list of upcoming fundraisers…
