Penny Steele will be teaching the fine art of cupcake creating.
From cake batter, to fillings, to the frosting on top, Penny will show “how-to’s”, tips and techniques, share recipes, and tantalize tastebuds with sampling of delicious cupcake treats.
Registration is required for planning of supplies. All will take some cupcakes home with them.
